我国快速城镇化过程中出现的发展不平衡不充分问题日益严峻,老旧小区环境改造在当下受到了广泛关注,雨水系统海绵化改造作为其中的重要组成部分,对治理老旧小区水环境问题具有重要意义。在提出老旧小区雨洪问题的基础上,阐述了雨水系统海绵化改造的必要性,其次对改造设计原则、改造技术要点进行了全面分析和总结,以便指导我国老旧小区海绵城市改造相关实践,推动城市绿色健康发展。

The unbalanced development in the process of rapid urbanization in China is becoming more and more serious, and the environmental renovation of old residential areas has been widely concerned. The sponge renovation of rain water system, as an important part of it, is of great significance. On the basis of putting forward the rainwater problem in old residential area, the necessity of sponging renovation of rain water system is expounded. Secondly, in order to guide the practice of sponge renovation, the design principle and technical essentials are comprehensively analyzed and summarized.
